Realme Working on its Own Super Fast Charging Tech

Realme Working on its Own Super Fast Charging Tech

To rival Xiaomi’s 100w solution?

Brands are ramping up their fast charging tech for the past few months, with the OPPO Reno Ace’s 65w SuperVOOC 2.0 quick wired charging being the fastest charging solution commercially available. Xiaomi and vivo have demonstrated their 100w and 120w charging solutions respectively, though we have yet see both tech trickle down to production phones.

While Xiaomi is reportedly working on a 66w wired charging solution for the upcoming Mi 10, Realme is preparing their own take as spotted in a recent trademark listing.

Dubbed SuperDart, Realme’s fast charging solution is expected to be as good or better than OPPO’s SuperVOOC 2.0, so it will most likely be at least 65w of fast wired charging. There’s no word as to when will Realme will unveil this tech—the Realme X50 5G will only use a 30w VOOC 4.0 fast wired charging.
