The Helio G90T can match Huawei’s Kirin 810 according to Redmi
Redmi revealed more details about the processing power of the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro. Both phones will use an Helio G90T processor and will have a copper tube liquid cooling system. Redmi claims that the liquid cooling system can reduce temps from 4 to 6 degrees Celsius.
While the Helio G90T is a 12nm processor, Redmi claims that MediaTek’s latest processor can match the performance of Huawei’s 7nm Kirin 810 processor. The Helio G90T scored around 283k, while the Kirin 810 scored around 301k in AnTuTu.
Aside from the processor and camera, Redmi also confirmed that the Redmi Note 8 will have a 4500mAh battery with support for USB-C fast charging.
