Redmi K30 Pro Launching on March 24

Check out that circular module

After the K30 series was launched last December, Redmi is expanding the line with a Pro variant. Unlike with the K20 series where the Pro and Non-Pro variants look virtually identical on the outside, the K30 Pro will have a pop-up front camera and a large circular camera module at the back, as confirmed by an official render shared by Xiaomi VP Lu Weibing.

For the internals, the Redmi K30 Pro will rock a Snapdragon 865 processor paired with UFS 3.1 storage. The Redmi K30 Pro was compared side-by-side with the Honor V30 Pro, showcasing its higher AnTuTu score and better internal storage speeds.

Other speculated specs for the Redmi K30 Pro include a Full HD+ 90hz AMOLED display, 4700mAh battery with 40w wired charging, and an IMX 686 main rear camera with OIS.

  1. The video clearly shows dual punch hole cameras in front, I think the cutout on top is for the SIM card(s) and not for a pop-up front-facing camera.
