A solid sales milestone for Xiaomi’s new sub-brand
Xiaomi’s latest sub-brand, Redmi, has officially hit a major milestone. The brand’s Note 7 line of devices has been flying off the shelves, and Redmi notes (see what we did there) that they’ve sold around 15 million Note 7 and Note 7 Pros around the world.
Demand for Redmi’s first phone under their own brand has been high since the first phone was introduced a few months ago, mainly thanks to the Redmi Note 7’s excellent price-to-spec ratio. Armed with a 4000mAh battery, full HD+ display, USB Type-C connector, 48-megapixel rear shooter and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, the Redmi Note 7 is a compelling buy for people looking for a solid smartphone at sub-Php 8K.
