Redmi Note 8 Pro Remains to be AnTuTu’s Top-Performing Mid-Range Smartphone

MediaTek is king this time

Since AnTuTu posted its Top 10 best-performing Mid-range smartphones last October, Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 8 Pro maintains the top 1 spot for November.

Trailing behind the Redmi Note 8 Pro are the Reno2, Mi 9T, and Galaxy A80. The Mi 9T and Galaxy A80 come with a Snapdragon 730 processor, while the Reno2 uses a Snapdragon 730G processor.

What makes the Redmi Note 8 Pro’s performance more impressive is that its Helio G90T processor practically trumps over every phone powered by any current Snapdragon 700-series processor.

The AnTuTu benchmark scores prove that MediaTek has come a long way since playing second place to Qualcomm, with the Helio G90T utilizing flagship-grade Cortex-A76 CPU cores and Mali-G76 GPU cores. Check out our gaming review below:

The Redmi Note 8 Pro starts at Php 11,490 for the 6GB/64GB variant.
