Redmi Note 9 to Launch Soon?

The vanilla model does exist, after all

When Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 9 series in India, they only revealed the Pro Max and Pro models—the later known as the Redmi Note 9S in global markets. There was no mention of any non-Pro model until recently when the Redmi Note 9 appeared in TENAA.

Based on the photos, the Redmi Note 9’s main external difference with the Pro models is the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. For the specs, the listing indicates a smaller 6.53-inch Full HD+ IPS display, 5000mAh battery, and a 13-megapixel front camera situated in a punch-hole. While only the 48-megapixel camera is mentioned in the listing, the Redmi Note 9 might have the same setup with the Redmi Note 9 Pro.

Other rumored specs for the Redmi Note 9 include an Helio G80 processor, up to 6GB RAM, and up to 128GB internal storage.
