Given the leaks and rumors for all the smartphones that we’re going to be seeing at Mobile World Congress this year, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that we’re psyched to see all of them on the floor of the Fira Gran Via. One of the smartphones we’re eager to see and hear about more is LG’s latest iteration of their flagship, the LG G6. Why you ask? Given that the Korean company has admitted that the modular G5 had a disappointing outing in 2016, we’re banking that LG has made several improvements to the G6.
Yes, we all know that it’ll feature last year’s flagship SoC of choice, thanks to Samsung reportedly hoarding the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 for their Galaxy S8, but that doesn’t mean that the phone won’t be feature packed. Let’s have another look at its latest reported spec sheet.

So we all know the basics about the LG G6, its processing package, camera setups, and whatnots, but the latest bit of news coming from other tech outlets is that LG has decided to include a quad-DAC on the LG G6 to give audiophiles a little extra reason to purchase the device. As of now, the specifics haven’t been laid down for the audio chip they’re using but we do know that it will be an improvement on the one equipped on the LG V20; and the one on there was pretty awesome. You can check out the video by Unbox EIC, Carlo Ople, as he touches on the audio quality on LG V20.
