Retailer Leaks Nokia 2.2 Price Ahead of PH Launch

The most affordable Android One phone to date?

When HMD Global unveiled the Nokia 2.2, HMD Global claims that it will be the most affordable Android One phone (not Android Go) phone to date. The budget phone is priced in India at around Php 6k for the 3GB/32GB model, and it looks like it will be priced the same on our shores.

Davao-based retailer Tek Yap posted a listing for the Nokia 2.2, and confirmed that the budget Android One phone will be priced at Php 5990 for the 3GB/32GB model. That’s a good price for a phone with such RAM/storage configuration, aside from rocking stock and pure Android—as part of the Android One program, the Nokia 2.2 is guaranteed to receive Android Q and R in the future.

Rounding up the Nokia 2.2’s spec sheet include an Helio A22 processor, 5.7-inch HD+ display, 13-megapixel f/2.0 rear camera, 5-megapixel f/2.4 front camera, and a 3000mAh battery.

According to Yap’s post, the Nokia 2.2 will be available starting July 19.
