If you’ve been itching for the Samsung Galaxy S4 you won’t have to resist scratching that itch for much longer. Smart Communications announced the opening of their pre-order/registration page for the Samsung Galaxy S4. The last time they did this with a Samsung product it was barely two-three weeks prior to actual launch. That said we can pretty much assume that the Galaxy S4 will be in the Philippines no later than May!
