It is Samsung’s statement phone for the Mid-range class
Samsung was not kidding with its 4X fun tagline: the company has officially announced their Galaxy A9 (2018), which is the world’s first phone to have four rear cameras.
The beefy camera module consists of an 8-megapixel f/2.4 120-degree wide angle camera, a 10-megapixel f/2.4 telephoto camera with 2X zoom, a 24-megapixel f/1.7 primary camera, and a 5-megapixel f/2.2 depth-sensing camera.
Just like Samsung’s other phones the 2018 refresh of the Galaxy A9 doesn’t have a notch, and comes with a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED full HD+ display. To power all those rear cameras, the Galaxy A9 (2018) is equipped with a Snapdragon 660 processor. Samsung is brining over the 6GB/128GB variant to the Philippines. The phone also has expandable storage, plus a 3800mAh battery with support for fast charging.
