Samsung’s nicest looking smartwatch arrives in the PH
Samsung’s original Gear smartwatch wasn’t a hugely popular wearable when it first came out a few years ago. An uninspired, clunky design, limited usability and other issues kept it from gaining wide acclaim with users. Well, Samsung’s looking to fix all of that with their new Gear S2, which has officially arrived in the Philippines.
The Gear S2 is Samsung’s latest smartwatch, and we can also say it’s currently their nicest looking one yet. It’s one of the few smartwatches out in the market today that has a rotating bezel that allows you to navigate through its interface quickly and easily.
Instead of the more common Android Wear OS, Samsung’s stuffed their own Tizen OS into the Gear S2’s round, 1.2-inch 360 x 360 resolution circular display. The Gear S2 is fully customizable, and can easily be paired to your Samsung or Android smartphone.
The Gear S2 comes in two versions: the sporty, youthful looking Gear S2 Sport that retails for Php 13,490 and the classier Gear S2 Classic that retails at Php 15,490.
