Samsung Refreshes Notebook 7 Spin (2018) Convertible

It has a fingerprint scanner, pen and all manner of new goodies

Samsung’s getting the jumpstart on CES announcements before the show officially starts next week, and has announced their newly refreshed Notebook 7 Spin (2018) convertible. The new iteration is still capable of transforming into a rather large tablet if you really, really need one, though we strongly advise against it because of its overall size.

The Notebook 7 Spin (2018) has a 13-inch full HD PLS display, and will ship with Intel’s 8th generation Core i5 processor. It’ll have up to 8GB of RAM inside, as well as up to 256GB of SSD storage, plus USB connectivity options ranging from Type-C to USB 3.0 to USB 2.0. There’s WiFi connectivity and Bluetooth as well, and you can even grab an optional Active Pen stylus if you need one.

Windows Hello plus a fingerprint scanner round the feature list, and the notebook will be available in select countries starting Q1 this year, though Samsung has not announced specific pricing details as of yet.
