Samsung’s Galaxy Buds+ Gets the Essential Upgrades

Its the internals that matter

Together with the official unveiling of the Galaxy S20 series and Galaxy Z Flip, Samsung launched its second-generation Galaxy Buds+. Don’t be fooled by their looks, even if they virtually look the same as the previous-generation Galaxy Buds.

For a premium, you get a bigger battery on both the buds and the charging case, giving you an improved 11-hour playback time for the buds, and up to 22 hours with the charging case. Aside from having an improved set of drivers—now with a woofer+tweeter combo—Samsung addressed the microphone woes of the Galaxy Buds by incorporating three microphones on the Galaxy Buds+.

Other unique features of the Galaxy Buds+ include native support for Spotify, multi-device connection via Bluetooth 5.0, and a dedicated iOS app for those who intend to use them with their iPhones or iPads.

The Galaxy Buds+ is priced at Php 6,990 and is available for pre-order starting February 14.
