They claim that it is unbreakable
In the pursuit of creating a foldable smartphone, Samsung unveiled a new flexible OLED display that can withstand drops from as high as 1.8 meters. Samsung used “an unbreakable substrate and an overlay window securely adhered” to make the “unbreakable” display a reality.
Aside from drops, Samsung’s new flexible OLED display can withstand temperatures from as high as 71 degrees to as low as -32 degrees. Applications for this new display include display consoles for automobiles, mobile military devices, portable game consoles and tablet PCs for e-learning.
