Breaking news from one of our favorite tech bloggers, Yugatech! Smart is coming out with a HSPA+ broadband service called the Smart Bro Rocket. This is the same technology used by Globe with the Tattoo Tonino Lamborghini. One big difference between the two products is the payment method. Unlike Globe who’s pushing for postpaid, the Smart Bro Rocket will be a prepaid kit that sells for Php3,995. Same rates apply as well – Php10 per 30 minutes.

This looks interesting but note that they also have limited coverage as well. Don’t expect to get the promised 12 mbps speeds constantly.
