Smart offers 32GB iPhone 5 at Zero Cash Out with Plan 2499… Boom.
Smart just announced their postpaid plans and prepaid prices for the highly anticipated iPhone 5. Get this folks: The 32GB (yes, that’s 32GB not 16GB) model at no cash out is available at Plan 2499. Smart is literally offering the 32GB model for the same monthly fee that Globe is offering the 16GB model. Talk about aggressive pricing! Plan 2499 gives you 300 minutes of calls, 300 SMS messages, and Unlimited Data.
Smart also undercut Globe with the iPhone 5 prepaid kit. The Smart iPhone 5 prepaid kit sells for Php33,600 compared to Globe’s Php35,400.

By the way, this announcement pretty much confirms our initial theory that the iPhone 5 will launch initially without LTE. It looks like that will follow early next year after Apple completes their network testing with both Smart and Globe.
