You probably know by now that we’ve given the Samsung Galaxy S8 the thumbs up in our full review and we know at least some of you have been waiting to see what the telcos postpaid plans are for the Korean brand’s comeback device. With Smart’s revamp of their postpaid plans, it seems you can pay as little or as much as you want for your plan, plus an allotted initial cash-out with an additional Php 1,500 monthly fee to get either the Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+ for the duration of your lock-in period.

Time for a break down and teensy bit of math. Let’s say you want to get Plan 999 so that you have 10GB of mobile data, 50 minutes of all-net calls, unlimited all-net texts, plus access to an app of your choice. You’ll be paying Php 2,499 a month plus either Php 5,000 or Php 8,000 depending on whether you want the Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+. Heck! You could be paying as little as Php 1,899 every month with Plan 399 if you’d like.
