Even more battery life for the 5.2-inch Zenfone 3 Max

ASUS’ 5.2-inch Zenfone 3 Max proved itself to be a phone that managed to deliver extraordinary battery endurance when we tested it last year. With a 4200mAh battery and a power-efficient quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor, it was one of the highest scoring smartphones in our battery endurance tests at that time.

ASUS wants to push the battery endurance of the 5.2-inch further with the newest software update for the phone, which introduces a new Power Master app into the mix. Aside from a new battery app, the new update also optimizes the fingerprint sensor sensitivity as well as the camera and touch panel performance.

The new update should be rolling out to the Zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL now. ASUS has recently cut the pricing of the 5.2-inch model to just Php 8495.
