This is the PS5 update we’ve all been waiting for: Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore(SIES) announced today that the PlayStation5 (PS5) will be arriving in the Philippines next month, bearing a PHP 27,990 price tag.
Specifically, it’ll be arriving on Dec. 11, with several launch titles including Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and Demon’s Souls to name a few. These exclusive titles from SIE Worldwide Studios range from PHP 2,490 to PHP 3,490. Here is the confirmed pricing of some of the titles:
- Demon’s Souls – PHP 3,490
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales – PHP 2,490
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition – PHP 3,490
- Sackboy A Big Adventure – PHP 2,990
Apart from the games and the console itself, there will also be PS5 accessories that will be launched alongside the console:
- DualSense Wireless Controller (standalone) – PHP 3,990
- PULSE 3D wireless headset – with 3D audio support and dual noise-canceling microphones PHP 5,590
- HD Camera – with dual 1080p lenses for gamers to broadcast themselves along with their epic gameplay moments PHP 3,290
- DualSense Charging Station – to conveniently charge two DualSense Wireless Controllers PHP 1,690
DataBlitz has also announced that they would be selling PS5 units on the same date. Pre-orders have not started as of posting.
There’s no official announcement for PS5’s Digital version yet however in October, SM Leaked the price of a PS5 Unit, possibly a Digital version that goes for Php 24.2k
