Sony Ericsson recently launched their new flagship smartphone: the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc. It’s one of the slimmest Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) phones with decent specs: 1GHz CPU, 8MP camera with LED flash, HD 720p video recording, microSD up to 32GB, HDMI port, and a gorgeous 4.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display. Note that the camera is actually decent since it has f/2.4 lens which lets users take good photos in those annoying low light conditions. We had sometime with the Arc and here are some photos.
The first thing you’ll notice is the screen. It’s huge. Compared to the iPhone 4 or other touchscreen phones this has the most spacious and generous surface!
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc retails for Php29,990 but it’s currently out of stock even in the Sony Ericsson shops in the malls. Looks like they had a hit with this one in the Philippines.
