There’s a new mid-range lineup in town
After the nosedive of Sony’s other Xperia lineups, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that Sony has officially announced a brand new mid-range line in town courtesy of their new L1 smartphone. Launched all ninja-like on Sony’s official website well after the craziness of Mobile World Congress, the Xperia L1 sports mid-range features and hardware.

- 2620mAh battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging
- Android 7 Nougat
The Xperia L1 has MediaTek’s quad-core MT6737T processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal, expandable storage, as well as a 5.5-inch HD display, 13-megapixel f/2.2 rear camera and a 5-megapixel f/2.2 front-facing camera and a USB Type-C connector.
The device will come in three colors – white, black and pink and will be launched in the coming months. No price has been set for the Xperia L1.
