With 5G phones expected to go mainstream further in 2021, brands are preparing for their affordable, mid-range 5G offerings. TCL, for one, is working on the TCL 20 5G, and photos of the phone have surfaced ahead of its launch.
Based on the photos, the TCL 20 5G will have a dedicated Google Assistant button, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a large 6.67-inch Full HD+ IPS display with a centrally-placed punch-hole for the 8-megapixel selfie snapper.
Going to the back, the TCL 20 5G has a triple rear camera setup comprising of a 48-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and 2-megapixel depth sensor. Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 690 processor that is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage, along with a 4500mAh battery.
TCL is expected to unveil the TCL 20 5G at CES 2021, but the brand might opt for an online launch due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
