TCL Reveals Specs, Price of 10 Series

A closer look at the 10-series trio

After announcing its self-branded 10-series phones back in January, TCL has shared more details about the three 10-series phones. Common between the three phones are its use of NXTVISION’s SDR-to-HDR tone mapping and a “Super Bluetooth” feature that lets you connect up to four Bluetooth speakers simultaneously.

Starting off with the 10 Pro, its 6.47-inch curved AMOLED display has a Full HD+ resolution, supports HDR10, and is Netflix-certified. You get an in-display fingerprint scanner and a waterdrop notch that is home to a 24-megapixel selfie camera. For the rear cameras, you get a 64-megapixel Samsung GW1 main camera, 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, 5-megapixel low-light camera, and 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Powering it is a Snapdragon 675 processor with 6GB RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 storage, and a 4500mAh battery with 18w charging. The 10 Pro comes with Android 10 out of the box.

The 10 5G gets a more powerful and 5G-ready Snapdragon 765G processor but comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, a downgraded 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and swaps the 10 Pro’s low-light camera for a 5-megapixel macro camera. The 10 5G comes with a bigger 6.53-inch IPS display with a punch-hole display for the 16-megapixel selfie camera. Like the 10 Pro, the 10 5G has support for HDR10.

The rest of the 10 5G’s specs are identical with the 10 Pro.

Lastly, the 10L  gets the same display and selfie camera as the 10 5G. You get a 48-megapixel Samsung GM1 main camera on the 10L  that is accompanied by a 2-megapixel macro camera, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. Powering the 10L is a Snapdragon 665 processor with 6GB RAM 64GB eMMC/128GB UFS 2.1 internal storage and a 4000mAh battery.

The 10 Pro, 10 5G, and 10L are priced at $450(~Php 22.3k), 400 Euros(~Php 21.9k), and $250(~Php 12.7k) respectively. There’s no official release date for the 10 Pro and 10 5G, while the 10L is expected to be available by Q2.
