It is meant to charge Samsung’s new earbuds
Even if the Galaxy S10 family is expected to launch in a few weeks’ time, more surprises continue to surface ahead of its anticipated launch.
Aside from having support for WiFi 6, the Galaxy S10 will match the Huawei Mate 20 Pro’s reverse wireless charging.
Spotted by Winfuture, Samsung demonstrated this feature by charging a pair of wireless earbuds–rumored to be the Galaxy Buds. This confirms the so-called “Power Share” feature of the Galaxy S10, which basically works like Huawei’s solution.
There are no details yet on the Galaxy Buds save for the fact that they are the successor to the Gear IconX. They are expected to be unveiled on February 20 together with the Galaxy S10 family.
