The MX Keys gets a smart backlight sensor
Logitech’s MX Master 2S is arguably the best mouse in the market with its ergonomic looks and wide array of programmable buttons. The MX Master 2S has been in the market for quite some time, which is why Logitech announced a successor with the MX Master 3.
Aside from sporting a USB-C port, the biggest change on the MX Master 3 is its scroll wheel. Made from aluminum, the scroll wheel is controlled using magnets, making scrolling quicker compared to a traditional gear-based design. The new design makes it quieter and lets you scroll around 1000 lines in a second. You get the same aluminum build and magnetic gears with the side scroll wheel.
On the other hand, the MX Keys sports a proximity-based illumination where the keyboard does not light up when not in use. Like the MX Master 3, you also get a USB-C port on the MX Keys.
Both the MX Master 3 and MX Keys are priced at $99.99(~Php 5.2k). Both will be available in the US starting next month.
