The Nokia 6 Is Almost As Strong As The Original 3310

It’s not as durable as the 3310 of old, but it’s damn close

Ever since the Nokia 6 hit the market earlier this year, we’ve all been wondering just how durable the Android smartphone bearing the legendary Finnish company’s name is. We certainly couldn’t abuse our review device that we borrowed from Hello Tronics obviously but thankfully YouTuber JerryRigEverything has done all the leg work for us, abusing the unibody metal Nokia 6 to the point of destruction.

And despite not actually being made by the Finnish company, the Nokia 6 lives up to the reputation of the firm from Espoo. The glass protection is on par with more expensive flagship phones in the market, scratching with a level 6 and 7 pick. And while the unibody metal body is easy to scratch, its rigid frame makes it extremely difficult to bend.

JerryRigEverything reckons that the Nokia 6 is one of the strongest smartphones in terms of build quality that he’s tested to date, and while it’s not as strong as the Mjölnir-like, original 3310, it comes quite close.

Hopefully the international version of the Nokia 6 arrives in the Philippines for us to review, along with the resurrected 3310.
