It is smaller than its predecessors
DJI debuted the third generation of its Osmo Mobile gimbal. Improving on last year’s Osmo Mobile 2, the Osmo Mobile 3’s main feature is that you can fold it up for easier storage.
Aside from being smaller than the Osmo Mobile 2, the Osmo Mobile 3 gains new features like USB-C charging and a trigger button—the latter being noticeably absent on the Osmo Mobile 2. Design-wide, DJI redesigned the grip and button layout of the Osmo Mobile 3 to make it more usable with one hand.
Changing the orientation from landscape to portrait is much easier: on the Osmo Mobile 3, you just need to tap the mode button three times.
Like recently-launched DJI products such as the Osmo Pocket and Osmo Action, the Osmo Mobile 3 is controlled via DJI’s MiMo app, letting you enjoy features such as Active Track, time-lapse, hyperlapse, panorama, gesture control, and Story Mode.
The Osmo Mobile 3 is available in the US for $119(~Php 6.3k), while a combo pack that includes a tripod and carrying case will sell for $139(~Php 7.3k).
