The Vivo V7+ Is A Gorgeous Selfie Shooter

From Dual Front Cameras to an Edge-to-Edge Display

Vivo just launched their newest selfie centric smartphone in India and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Apart from having a larger megapixel count for its front camera and their so-called “moonlight glow” for taking selfies in less than ideal lighting situations, the company has now equipped their newest phone for taking “Perfect Selfies” with a FullView display. The 5.99-inch display has an aspect ratio of 18:9 at HD+ resolution (1440×720 pixels); giving the phone a screen-to-body ratio of 84.4%.Let’s take a look at its official spec sheet.

The Vivo V7+ actually look really gorgeous, but we do have some issues regarding the durability of the device. While the Vivo V5, V5 Plus, and V5S were primarily made out of metal, the material choice for the Vivo V7+ is plastic so we’re guessing a lot of extra care will be needed to make sure that gorgeous display remains intact. It looks like the company has also foregone the use of dual front cameras for this device, but it does have a single 24-megapixel front camera instead. We’re guessing that they thought it was time to move on from that trend for them.

Of course, we have to reserve our judgment until the phone arrives on our shores and we actually get a hold of it. We won’t have to wait long since the local arm of the company is set to launch the device on the 20th. The price for the Vivo V7+ in India is 21,990 INR or just below Php 18k.
