The Xiaomi Mi Mix is already a gorgeous looking phone. There’s just something about that nearly bezel-less display that draws us in. When it was first released into the market, the Mi Mix was only available in black, but a white colored variant was announced at CES 2017 and it’s even more stunning. Unfortunately, it was only made available in China; not that it makes a difference to us here.

Xiaomi finally made the variant available in its first flash sale yesterday, February 7. Its 4GB/128GB variant was listed at 3499 CNY or Php 25,301 and it took all but a minute for the sale to end. We hope that this will turn things for the Chinese company, because the IDC numbers from China show that Xiaomi took a major tumble from the 1st to 5th in terms of market share, growth, and shipment volume.

If you have a relative in that part of the globe and are dying to be one of the few to own the white Xiaomi Mi Mix, another flash sale is reportedly going to happen on Valentine’s Day; just make sure they’ve got a speedy connection and they’ve got quick reflexes to get the device in the cart to be bought and paid for before it sells out again.
