Xiaomi Redmi 7A

It’s not surprising that Xiaomi’s Redmi 7A is in this price bracket, as the brand traditionally has a good foothold in the budget segment of the market compared to its competitors. The Redmi 7A has a good mix of features, power and battery life, and is just Php 4,790 for the 2GB/16GB version.

Don’t count out local brand Cherry Mobile yet, as the company has released a very respectable budget phone for cash-strapped peeps in the form of the Flare S8 Pro. This phone has decent hardware, modern styling and large battery for a very reasonable price of just Php 5,999 – making it a good pick for cash strapped individuals.

Its handsome exterior, 48-megapixel camera, and powerful processor make it a great buy for just Php 7,990 for the 3GB/32GB variant.

The phone has a fairly large 6.5-inch HD+ display as well as a decent quad-camera setup on the rear. The Snapdragon 665 processor is pretty powerful, and to top it off the phone has a large 5000mAh cell that gives it excellent endurance. Not bad for Php 8,990.
