Ulefone may not be a company that you know here locally, but many of their products are well known here, at least under other names. It seems like Ulefone is the major OEM of Firefly Mobile, the same people that brought us the Allure 64 LTE, which is the Ulefone Be Touch localized for Filipino tastes. That’s why many fans of both Ulefone and Firefly Mobile will be happy to know that the Chinese company is coming up with a sleeker, smaller version of the Be Touch (and the Be Touch 2).
The Paris looks a lot like the Be Touch, with many of the same design hallmarks of the previous device: alloy frame, 2.5D glass but in a smaller 5-inch frame. Ulefone also removed the fingerprint scanner on the front and replaced it with a halo-like home button (that Meizu will definitely not approve of). There’s no price information as of yet nor is there any mention of specs, but we’re hoping that this phone will be a cheaper alternative to the Ulefone Be Touch. More importantly, we hope that Firefly Mobile picks this phone up and sells it in our side of the world.
