Unbox to cover BlackBerry Indonesia Global Launch Event
We’re excited to announce and confirm that Unbox will be covering the BlackBerry Global Product Launch event next week at Jakarta, Indonesia! This is a huge first for RIM since they will be unveiling a new product for the first time in Asia and not in Canada or the United States. I guess they really want to emphasize the importance of their market here which is definitely a welcome development. Expect live updates and blogs next week. The actual event is Tuesday, November 15 but we’ll be in Jakarta by Monday, November 14. Other than the launch event we will also be having interviews and sessions with RIM Product Managers.
Is it the BlackBerry 9790?
A lot of blogs like CrackBerry and Engadget are saying that the product that will be launched is the new BlackBerry Bold 9790. Other than this new phone I’m hoping that RIM talks about future phones that will use the QNX platform.
