Unboxed: The V-Moda Crossfade LP Headphones
Our unboxing spree here in the Boracay continues with the V-Moda Crossfade LP Headphones! These cans were made by a company whose CEO is a DJ so you can pretty much expect already the sound signature and the emphasis on the stylish design (as well as the deluge of bonus accessories). Couldn’t think of a better place to review this than Boracay, hehe.
Before anything though you might want to watch this short 30-second video we made showcasing the V-Moda Crossfade LP.
Read on for our unboxing.
Packaging and Design
Everything down to the packaging of this product screams style. The box isn’t your usual transparent plastic. In fact you get a hard carton box with buttons. To open pop the button and pull up the hard carrying case which contains the cans as well as the accessories.
The hard carrying case looks like a huge cobra head of sorts, lol. It’s definitely not something that you can quickly store away due to the sheer size and bulk but at least you’re sure that the cans are secure inside. Just so you get an idea of the size this case will take up almost the entire space of the main compartment of a Pacsafe Metrosafe 200 (Click for the review).
What’s inside the case? The headphones, two cables (one with in-line remote/mic), and a stereo jack adapter.
Here are a few photos of the actual headphones:
Full Review Coming Soon
We’ll put the V-Moda Crossfade through the paces and hopefully have a review for you guys next week. These cans are a bit pricey (around Php10,500+) so we want to make sure we give it a lot of time so that we can come up with a fair and comprehensive feature. If you want to jump the gun though the cans are available in branches of Digital Hub, Digital Walker, and Beyond the Box.
