vivo to Launch True Wireless Earbuds Together with NEX 3

To be powered by Qualcomm’s latest audio chip

Aside from launching the NEX 3 tomorrow, vivo is set to unveil their own True Wireless Earbuds as well, along with the unveiling of FunTouchOS 9.1 the day after.

Set to go against the Apple AirPods, vivo’s True Wireless Earbuds will use Qualcomm’s QCC5126 wireless chip. The new quad-core chip supports Bluetooth 5.0 and low-power dual-mode Bluetooth connectivity—both aiming to give vivo’s True Wireless Earbuds flagship audio quality and stable wireless connections. Like the AirPods, vivo’s upcoming wireless earbuds have an always-on voice wake-up feature.

Based on the leaked photos, vivo’s True Wireless Earbuds sports a USB-C port and looks quite similar to the AirPods.

We should know more about them tomorrow during the NEX 3 launch.
