A better, faster Mi 4i?
Not content with your Mi 4i? Well, apparently Xiaomi is coming up with a faster version of their global flagship. Eagle-eyed peeps who have been monitoring both AnTuTu and China’s TENAA have spotted the Mi 4c, which is a beefed-up version of the flagship.
Externally, everything is identical to the Mi 4i. The differences lie in the processor – the Mi 4c is slated to come with Qualcomm’s hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor, which is a big jump from the Mi 4i’s octa-core 615. Most of the other internals will be identical – 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 13-megapixel rear camera plus 5-megapixel front. The Mi 4c will have Android 5.1.1 onboard, as well as MIUI 7.
No word on availability of the new variant as of yet.
