As we wait for the official launch of the Redmi 9T here in the Philippines, Xiaomi silently cuts the price of the POCO M3 by Php 1k for both variants. Originally a special price for the 12.12 sale, it seems that Xiaomi updated the listing for the POCO M3 with the Php 5,990 SRP (for the 64GB model; Php 6,990 for the 128GB model) as permanent.

Between the POCO M3 and Redmi 9T, the differences are very minimal. These include a more conservative camera bump and embossed Redmi branding and an additional 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera on the Redmi 9T, and a 128GB option for the POCO M3.

While we are still waiting for more details about the Redmi 9T, Xiaomi’s Lazmall lists the Redmi 9T for Php 6,990 for the lone 64GB variant. We’re fairly certain that this is the price, but there’s a chance it could change later during the official launch.
