Say hello to Xiaomi’s latest flagship!

With much anticipation, Xiaomi officially introduces its latest flagship with the Mi 8. Xiaomi’s latest flagship is the first phone from the brand to sport a notch, along with a Samsung Super AMOLED display that has Always On Display support. Just like Huawei’s P20 and P20 Pro and OnePlus’ OnePlus 6, the Mi 8 has an option to turn off the notch, in case you are not a fan of it.

Like the Mi 6, the Mi 8 also has an aluminum and glass build, though the Mi 8 has fine round edges to make it easier to hold. It also comes with a dual rear camera setup consisting of two 16-megapixel units.

As for the front camera, the Mi 8 comes with a 20-megapixel sensor and an infrared sensor for its Infrared Face Unlock and Face ID feature.

Another key highlight of the Mi 8 is its Dual Frequency GPS—a first in a phone, which helps in giving accurate navigation and reduces signal delays.
