In line with the company’s 8th anniversary
While we are all waiting for Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship phone in the form of the Mi 7, recent reports reveal that Xiaomi might skip the Mi 7 branding and call it the Mi 8 instead.
This is in light of a new teaser that surfaced, where Xiaomi will be celebrating its 8th anniversary by raffling off 100 Mi 8 phones to lucky fans.
To further support these claims, an alleged retail box of the Mi 8 has surfaced as well.
Key specs of the Mi 7/Mi 8 include a Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and an elaborate set of sensors for its facial recognition feature.
