A foldable phone or a phone with a waterfall display?
With vivo and Huawei showcasing their new waterfall display-sporting phones with the NEX 3 and Mate 30 Pro respectively, Xiaomi is set to reveal their own version with the Mi MIX Alpha on September 24.
Based on the teaser poster, the Mi MIX Alpha appears to have a display that wraps around the phone’s sides. However, renders leaked by Stufflistings reveal a display that literally wraps around all the way to the phone’s back panel.
Rumored features include a 108-megapixel ISOCELL HMX sensor, Snapdragon 855+, and 30w wireless charging.
Will it be Xiaomi’s first waterfall display-sporting phone, or is it the rumored foldable phone from the brand? We should know more come September 24.
