New affordable phone from ZTE
After battling it out in the higher end, international companies are putting more time and effort trying to infiltrate the mid and lower end of the market. One of those companies is ZTE and their affordable Blade Qlux. The Blade Qlux was unveiled in India and truly brings LTE to the masses, priced at a mere INR 4,999, or around Php 3.5K.
ZTE Blade Qlux specs:
- 1.3Ghz 64-bit quad-core MT6732M processor
- 1GB of RAM
- 4.5-inch FWVGA display
- 8-megapixel rear camera
- 5-megapixel fixed focus camera
- Dual SIM
- 3G, LTE
- WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS
- Android 4.4 KitKat
- 2200mAh battery
The specs of the Blade Qux isn’t bad, and aside from the display, the overall spec sheet is something you’d expect from a device priced at around 5K or more. Right now the Blade Qlux is being sold in India, though hopefully this product gets offered in the Philippines sooner rather than later.
