They will be effective starting July 1

BPI announced that they will be implementing new transaction fees starting July 1. These include a Php 50 fee for fund transfer to other banks via InstaPay and a Php 10 fee for transfers to unenrolled 3rd party accounts (except via QR code).

To save yourself from paying Php 10 per transaction, BPI encourages everyone to enroll their third-party account.
