If you were one of the millions of people who were happy with The Avengers movie, we have awesome news for you. Marvel Studios and Disney announced a few days ago that Avengers 2 now has a target launch date of May 1, 2015.

There’s no storyline yet since Joss Whedon actually hasn’t started writing it yet but if we were to base it on the easter egg scene left after the initial credits during The Avengers, there’s a huge possibility the main villain will be Thanos (see screenshot above).

If you can’t wait until 2015 then don’t worry since Marvel Studios is rolling out movies of the characters of The Avengers. Iron Man 3 is set for May 2013, Thor 2 will be in November the same year, and Captain America 2 for April 2014. Would have wanted to see one more Hulk flick though. Sad. Hehe. 😛
