Help Me Out Here Guys
Long story short, I’m frustrated with the current mobile app of my bank. Their service is always down and you just keep getting stuck on the log-in page. It’s reached a point wherein they’re no longer reliable and you say a silent prayer each time you log-in, hoping that you’ll get through.
That said, I’ve had enough. I’ve decided to move banks because mobile banking is something important for me. For the longest time we’ve been writing reviews and sharing our “expertise” here on Unbox. For this post I’d like to turn things around and ask for your help. Which mobile banking app is almost always up, has all the critical features, and has great user experience? Answer the poll below. This will help me decide on which bank I will move to!
