Facebook’s Messenger For Kids Launches On Android

More platforms supporting Facebook’s kid-friendly app

After initially launching on iOS last December 2017, Facebook has made its Messenger for Kids available for Android as well. While the child-friendly app was met with backlash prior to its launch, the app stayed true to its promise of providing a safe and fun Messenger experience for children.

Features include a parent-monitored set of contacts, group video chats, a set of stickers and frames, and parent-specific set of controls.

The app can be downloaded via Google Play store, though it is not yet supported in the Philippines.
