There’s still time to reconsider your angry email

At one point in our life, we’ve all sent that one email that we totally and completely regret. Maybe it’s you sending off a drunk email to your ex, a very angry letter to a work-mate or just a cringe-worthy love letter to an office crush – we all wish that there was a way to take back that terrible email as soon as we pressed send. Well, now there is – Google is now officially adding the Undo Send feature in Gmail, six years after it started testing it.

Undo Send

To access it, you’ll need to go to your account settings (press the gear icon on the upper right side of Gmail) scroll down until you see Undo Send. From there, you can select the amount of time you have to contemplate your email before it’s sent off to its recipient, from 10 seconds all the way to 30 seconds. Realize after a minute that you shouldn’t have called your ex “as cold and as heartless as a white walker”? Sorry guy, you’re out of luck.
