She’s here in the PH!
If you’re an avid follower of Glee, you’ll probably recognize the girl holding that iFlix sign. If you didn’t know, that’s Heather Morris, the actress that plays Brittany Pierce on the smash musical-drama Glee. Anyway, she’s in town for the Smart, PLDT and iFlix event (that we’ll be attending) later today, and we’re hoping we’ll get to listen to her sing during the event.
If you don’t know what iFlix is, well it’s a video-on-demand streaming site in the same vein as NetFlix. The only difference is that iFlix is actually here in the PH (while NetFlix is not) and houses servers right here in the good ol’ PH, allowing for fast streaming to phones, tablets and PCs. Regular users will have to shell out Php 129 a month for the service, but because of Smart’s strategic partnership with the streaming site Smart subs get Php 30 bucks off, which means you only pay Php 99 a month of the service.
