Added convenience for those who want to buy stuff in the comfort of their home

Ever thought of buying coffee, medicine, or some groceries, but feel a bit under the weather? You might want to check out Grab’s latest feature.

Called GrabAssistant, this new service aims to help users with their daily needs through Grab riders. Aside from buying items at the nearest grocery or drugstore, GrabAssistant can assist you in falling in line for an in-demand restaurant. Using the service is pretty easy: You start off by selecting GrabAssistant, which is found under the delivery tab:

After selecting GrabAssistant, you plot in your pickup and drop off points:

From here, you fill up the necessary details, including the items you want the rider to purchase for you. The maximum total price (including booking fee, parking fee, etc.) should not exceed Php 1000, and the size of the package should fit a 25x32x12cm. Once done, hit the Book button, and wait for the rider to fulfill your request.
