The mega sale compliments Lazada’s updated branding
Together with Lazada’s unveiling of its new branding campaign, the eCommerce platform will have its first-ever Mid-Year festival. Happening on July 12 across six markets in Southeast Asia, the mega sale will offer a wide assortment of products at discounted prices up to 90% off. On top of discounted prices, benefits such as free shopping, multiple flash sales, and a variety of vouchers will be made available on the said day.
Lazada is also pushing for a Shoppertainment strategy with live in-app game show GUESS IT. The game show features influencers and celebrities engaging players and customers by guessing the prices of items mentioned in the show and winning several prizes per episode.
Aside from GUESS IT, Lazada will be holding an upcoming concert led by James Reid and Nadine Lustre.
