Uber is now allowing users on Facebook Messenger to book and schedule rides with the popular ride sharing app, at least in the US. In an announcement post in Uber’s official blog, the company detailed how simple it is in the video below:
Right now the service is rolling around in the US first, but given how popular Facebook is here in the Philippines (and how widespread free Facebook access is), and the facet that Uber now allows people to pay with cash, we’re sure that this feature will come to our shores sooner rather than later.
