Netflix Set to Release Racing Documentary

A partnership with Formula 1

Rejoice, racing fans: NetFlix is partnering with Formula 1 for a 10-episode documentary series of the 2018 FIA Formula One World Championship!

The upcoming series, which will be directed by Academy-Award winner James Gay Rees and Paul Martin, will bring viewers a closer look at what happens behind the scenes. These include scenes inside the cockpits, the paddock and the lives of the key players in Formula 1, along with interviews from the drivers, owners, and team principals.

This is a perspective of the sport that has yet to be unveiled to fans around the world. This series will unleash a compelling vantage point to the sport that will delight fans and serve as a catalyst to entice new fans” – F1 Managing Director of Commercial Operations Sean Bratches

The 10-episode documentary series is expected to be screened by early 2019.
